On 25 April 2025, Open Nuclear Network hosted an interactive expert workshop on countering radiological and nuclear disinformation, bringing together 11 leading experts across psychology, media studies, IT, strategic communications, political marketing, and information influence to test key findings, understand audiences that encounter disinformation, and shape cross-sectoral responses.
The session featured five ONN experts (Valeriia Hesse, Karim Kamel, Elin Bergner, Marcy R. Fowler, Sarah Laderman, Yudian (Rainbow) Tao) and observers from GP partner organisations, creating a dynamic, solution-oriented space for interactive collaboration.
This workshop is part of the GP WMD Counter Disinfo Initiative, and contributes directly to building global resilience against CBRN disinformation through interdisciplinary insights and strategic action.
